Tracey matriculated from Westville Girls High and worked in a family business before going overseas on a working holiday. On her return from Europe in 1991, Tracey was persuaded by her best friend Maxine to join the real estate industry. Her high energy levels and extensive knowledge of the residential property market soon led her to top agent status. She left the real estate industry in 1994 to join Momentum Life as a broker consultant, and was incredibly successful. Tracey left the industry briefly when she relocated to Kokstad and returned to the real estate industry again in 2000 for a leading company in Hillcrest and achieved top sales person for two consecutive years. In 2002, Tracey along with her partners formed Riverhill. Tracey specialises in up-market residential developments and her hands-on experience and dedication in this market is invaluable. Tracey is married to James and has two adorable boys Ryan and Luke.

Maxine matriculated from Westville Girls High and went to work in Tenerife in the timeshare industry for 3 years where she received top salesperson status within the industry in Europe. In 1991 she opened "The Meeting Place" Real Estate business, which successfully operated in Pinetown for nine years, and during this period received Cosmopolitan Business Woman of the month. A transfer to Johannesburg allowed for Maxine to open Seef Sandton Letting Department focussing on relocating ex-patriots into South Africa. Relocation took Maxine and her family to the United Kingdom and in 2003 returned to the Republic to join Riverhill Properties. Maxine has set up Parent Project, South Africa, a project allowing children with Duchenne and Becker Muscular Dystrophy to thrive, strive and fully participate within their communities into adulthood and beyond. She has also been guest speaker on several occasions all over the country, educating and teaching both parents and nurses alike. Maxine is married to Brett and has three gorgeous sons.

Jackie entered the Real Estate Industry and sat the Board exam in 1987. Her mentor a well-respected Owner/Manager in Westville was responsible for her sound basic training, which she has passed on to many candidate Estate Agents over the years. Jackie saw the opportunity for a dedicated Leasing Division in the Highway area 10 years ago and has worked steadily towards that goal which culminated when daughter Claudine joined the team. The addition of Kirtlington and Clifton Hill to their existing portfolio has been an honour and a privilege. Jackie is married to Ron and has a son and three daughters.

Claudine joined the Real Estate Industry in 1991, where she gained her training and experience. She left to travel overseas in 1992; on her return she joined the Travel Industry and in 1995 joined a Corporate Travel Agency as a Customer Sales Executive where she worked for 5 years. In 2000 Claudine and her husband decided to go overseas and further their careers, but after having their first child in 2002 decided to return to South Africa to be closer to their families. Once settled, she went back into the Real Estate Industry, where she joined her Mom, Jackie Darbyshire, in a very successful Letting Division in Hillcrest, which grew tremendously over the following 2 years. Claudine is married to Marco and has two children.

Leanne joined the Letting Division of Riverhill Properties in November 2007. She travelled overseas from 2000 - 2004 and settled in the Canary Islands in Spain and met her husband Ivan. She lived there for 2 years selling timeshare and enjoyed the 365 days of sunshine. In 2005 they decided to move to South Africa to be closer to her family. She then worked in Durban for two years before having her baby in 2007. Leanne decided to leave the corporate world to join her Mom, Jackie Darbyshire and her sister Claudine Veronesi at Riverhill Letting. Leanne and Ivan have two children.
