SHORTENS COUNTRY ESTATE - COMPLETION AND OCCUPATION

Completion and occupation of the first phase of 47 apartments at Shortens Country Estate is due to take place, in early December. Phase Two units have now also been released, but as these are sold off plan and only scheduled for completion in mid 2010, the Developer, Morgan Creek Properties, has advised that a few opportunities still exist for purchasers to buy and move in this year or early next year into the first phase. “A limited number of units are available to be snapped up in Phase One, but now is also a good time to buy into Phase Two especially as we have been able to retain selling prices at the same level. You can also choose internal finishes or take an optional upgrade package” said Marcus Marchant the Project Director for Shortens Country Estate.
